Cancellation & Refunds
What happens when plans change.

In short, you are welcome to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your class. Inside that window, your seat is gently held for you and is never resold. Should the Studio need to cancel, whether for puppy welfare, the weather, or anything on our side, you will receive a full refund along with a credit towards a future class.
1. You cancel at least 24 hours before class
Full refund to your original payment method. Processed within 5 business days; appears on your statement within 7–10 business days depending on your card issuer. No fee.
2. You cancel inside the 24-hour window
No refund. The seat is held for you and is not resold. We keep this rule soft on purpose, we'd rather you cancel late than feel pressured to attend when something comes up. If something material has happened (sick kid, family emergency, bereavement), email info@fureveryoga.com.au with the booking reference and the team will look at it case-by-case.
3. You don't attend (no-show)
No refund. The seat was held, the puppy worked, the room was warmed and sanitised, and another customer could have been in your place.
4. The Studio cancels
If the Studio cancels for any reason, puppy welfare, weather, instructor illness, AC failure that takes the indoor temperature outside the welfare envelope, or any other operator-side reason, you receive:
- a full refund to your original payment method (within 5 business days); and
- a free credit for a future class of equivalent value, valid 12 months from issue.
The welfare framework is non-negotiable; the cost of upholding it is the Studio's, not yours.
5. Force majeure
For storm, flood, blackout, gas leak, council closure, public-health order, or infectious-disease outbreak in the puppy cohort, the Studio may reschedule or refund at its option. The Studio is not liable for consequential loss (e.g. transport, accommodation booked around the class).
6. Class packs and memberships
Pack credits are forfeited on cancellation inside the 24-hour window (the credit is used, the seat held). When the Studio cancels, the pack credit is refunded to your pack balance and a separate class credit is added.
Membership instalments are not refunded for individual classes you miss. You can pause your membership for up to 60 days per year via your /my-membership page.
7. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue (per AU consumer law). They are non-refundable in cash, transferable to another recipient on written request, and a partial balance remains usable across multiple bookings.
8. Your statutory rights, Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law where to do so would be unlawful. Where the Studio fails to provide a class with due care and skill (a major failure under the consumer guarantees), your statutory rights to a refund or replacement service apply in addition to anything in this policy.
9. How to cancel
From your /my-bookings page. Look for the booking, click "Cancel", and confirm. You'll see whether you're inside or outside the 24-hour window before you confirm. For a class pack or membership cancel question, email info@fureveryoga.com.au.
10. Late arrivals
Doors close five minutes after the published start time. Once the puppies are in the room, opening the door is a stress event for them, and the class is not interrupted. If you arrive after the door closes, you forfeit your seat for that class and the rules above apply.
11. Disputes
We'd rather sort it out by email. If we can't, see the Terms & Conditions for the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction clause (Queensland law, courts of Queensland).
